Hi! I’m Daniela,

I’m an ambitious woman creating her beautiful life, a wife, a mother, a 2:4 Splenic Projector in Human Design, and a proud introvert.

My journey as a coach began over 20 years ago in the fitness and wellness space, and it's evolved significantly since then. As I have grown, so has my coaching approach. This evolution has shaped how I show up for my clients.

The space I hold for women is deeply influenced by my own experiences and inner work. I spent many years feeling disconnected from myself and my truth, overwhelmed, burnt out, and constantly feeling like I wasn’t doing enough. I saw many of my clients experiencing similar struggles.

Illness was one of my biggest teachers. After several bouts of illness, including a hospital stay for pneumonia, I began to see myself and my life differently. I started to embrace life in a new way.

Here's what I believe:

⭑ We create our lives every minute of every day. The fulfillment we find depends on how intentionally we are creating.

⭑ We're not here to do everything. We’re here to pursue what aligns with our joy, passion, and purpose.

⭑ We shouldn’t rely solely on our minds to make important decisions. Our mind reacts to past experiences, while our soul guides us in the right direction.

⭑ We get to define our own version of success. It doesn't have to look like anyone else’s; it should resonate with us on a deep soul level.

⭑ We’re never truly 'stuck.' We feel stuck when we get caught in a loop of repeating the same thoughts and habits. By identifying what's keeping us stuck, we can take the next step toward change.

⭑ We’re never alone on this journey; the universe has our back.
